Programme Health Check - from €5,500
An independent, structured audit of a live capital programme across four dimensions: schedule integrity, risk-register quality, governance structure, and stakeholder alignment. You receive an executive report with RAG scoring and a prioritised corrective-action roadmap. Optional modules: SDE++/Subsidy Readiness (+€2,500), CSRD/CSDDD (+€2,500), Omgevingswet (+€2,000).
sprint advisory - from €9,500
A two-to-four-week, fixed-fee intensive on one defined challenge — a recovery plan for a slipping programme, a governance reset, a risk-register rebuild, or a board-ready business case. Defined scope, fixed price, senior input from day one.
embedded pm advisory - €125/hr
Rolling, monthly programme-level advisory at a defined cadence — up to three days a week per client, with agreed deliverables. Senior PM judgement embedded in your team, structured to stay clean under Wet DBA.
tax-optimised pm package (Topp) - from €7,000
A Programme Health Check paired with a Dutch tax-benefit analysis — an eligibility scan across EIA, MIA, WBSO and ISDE — and a briefing for your CFO or finance director. It reframes advisory spend as net cost after VPB deduction and BTW reclaim. Five tiers, up to €15,000 for the Full Stack package.

Ad Hoc Advisory Day — €1,000/day. Single-day follow-up, no retainer. Monthly Retainer (Light) — €2,500/month. Two advisory days a month, three-month minimum. Quarterly Review — €3,500/quarter. One-day review, risk assessment, and leadership presentation, on an annual commitment.
