About Jackson Project Intelligence

I'm Anthony Jackson, founder of Jackson Project Intelligence. I help Dutch and European companies deliver complex capital programmes — faster, more transparently, and with less administrative drag — across construction, facilities management, logistics, power generation, energy transition, and industrial sectors.

After 15+ years managing capital projects totalling more than €180M annually across six physical-infrastructure sectors in the US, I relocated to the Netherlands to bring that experience to the Dutch market through a properly structured advisory firm — not a staffing arrangement.

Track Record

DTE Energy — managed a €180M+ annual capital programme across power-generation and energy-transition assets (turbines, boilers, transformers, battery storage, solar), with direct input to regulatory rate-case testimony and the five-year capital business plan.

XPO Logistics — reduced maintenance spend by €900K across 100+ facilities while increasing work-order volume (a net €180 per invoice).

Central Transport — grew work-order volume 300% while holding budget alignment; improved PM compliance 40% through CMMS optimisation.

US Steel — managed a €13.5M annual maintenance budget across heavy-industry operations, coordinating a 30+ team and raising workforce utilisation 40% through reliability and capital-project improvements.

How the Work Gets Done

JPI uses a structured AI workflow to handle the documentation that normally consumes a PM's week — risk registers, schedules, governance packs, status reporting, stakeholder communications. Claude handles analysis and drafting; PMI Infinity validates against PMBOK and global PM standards.

What the workflow doesn't do is make the decisions. My professional judgement is the integration layer — every output is reviewed, corrected, and owned by me before it reaches you. The result is team-quality delivery at the speed of a single, accountable advisor.

Clean for your procurement team

JPI engages B2B through a Dutch B.V., invoiced at a commercial rate well above the Wet DBA / VBAR threshold — €125/hr is roughly three-and-a-half times the €36/hr floor. No misclassification risk, straightforward contracting from day one.

Community Giving

JPI donates 1% of all invoiced revenue to the Trimbos Institute (Stichting Trimbos-instituut), supporting evidence-based mental-health and addiction research — a structural commitment built into the business from day one, not a marketing line.
